VECTOR · Yield orchestration for client balances

Distribute yield to your clients.

Connect your clients’ stablecoin balances to managed yield strategies by API. SCRYPT*, an authorised portfolio manager, manages each client’s portfolio. You keep the relationship.

* Portfolio management is provided by SCRYPT Digital Investments AG, authorised by FINMA as a portfolio manager and supervised by OSFINcontrol AG. VECTOR is offered to regulated and professional counterparties. This cannot be offered in any jurisdiction where it would be unlawful.

What it is

White-label yield on stablecoins, run by a Swiss portfolio manager, licensed by FINMA.

Your brand, managed by us

Your clients earn on their stablecoins inside your platform, under your brand, on your terms.

A dedicated portfolio manager

A Swiss portfolio manager, licensed by FINMA, assesses every strategy before it reaches your client: the smart contract, the collateral and the team behind it.

Segregated, per client

Each client has a smart contract of their own, so the books are per client from the start.

Multiple sources of yield

DeFi, with risk management from Gauntlet, and tokenised money market funds, screened by our portfolio managers.

Parameters

Set the parameters.

You set the parameters for your book. Open them to your clients, or keep them fixed. We check each client’s settings against their profile.

Segregation

One client.
One smart contract.

Each of your clients gets a smart contract of their own. It holds that client’s assets and nothing else.

VECTOR: one client, one smart contractThree parties act on one contract. Your client sets the three settings and chooses the strategies. Your custodian signs money in, money out and any settings change; the orange line is the only path money takes. A Swiss portfolio manager, licensed by FINMA, manages inside the settings and cannot send money outside the contract. The contract holds your client’s assets and nothing else. Other clients have their own contracts, and nothing moves between them. 1. Your client sets the terms

Three risk settings, and strategies from a screened selection.

  2. We create the contract. Your client funds it.

The balance moves into that client’s own contract.

  3. A licensed manager runs it, inside limits

A Swiss portfolio manager, licensed by FINMA, manages it to those settings. Our key moves money only between the chosen strategies, or back to your client’s custodian.

  4. Each of your clients has their own

Another client’s decision does not change your client’s allocation.

Permissions

We manage it. You control it.

Two keys act on each smart contract. Ours moves assets between the strategies your client chose. Yours moves assets in and out, and signs any change to the parameters. The rules are in the smart contract, so you can check them on-chain.

What is VECTOR?

Yield orchestration for the stablecoin balances you hold for clients. You connect by API. A FINMA-licensed portfolio manager manages each client’s portfolio under its own mandate.

Do we have to build an integration?

Yes, by API. Your clients stay in your interface. We give you documentation and sandbox access at onboarding.

Do I need my own asset management licence?

No. For investment management decisions, your clients’ portfolio manager (SCRYPT*) holds that licence. You may need licences of your own for custody, for onboarding, or in your home jurisdictions, which you are responsible for obtaining. We will go through this with you before launch.

Who controls the assets?

You do. You hold them in custody, and your client owns them. Each client’s assets sit in a dedicated smart contract. SCRYPT* can move them between the chosen strategies, or back to you. Nowhere else.

What happens to one client if another client exits?

Nothing. No other client’s assets are in that contract.

Who onboards the client?

You do, to our standards. We rely on your onboarding under a written agreement, and your client signs a mandate with SCRYPT*. The relationship, onboarding and KYC remain with you.

Is VECTOR a fund?

No. Each client is managed individually, in a smart contract that holds only that client’s assets.
