SCRYPT Digital Trading AG (CHE-289.979.451), Dammstrasse 16, 6300 Zug, Switzerland is a provider of digital assets trading and staking, custody as well as money and asset transfer services. SCRYPT Digital Trading AG is a member of the Swiss AML Self-Regulatory Organization Verein zur Qualitätssicherung von Finanzdienstleitstungen (“VQF”) and subject to annual AML audit as part of its membership.
In accordance with art. 8 of the Swiss Financial Services Act (“FinSA”), the following summary regarding SCRYPT Digital Investments AG and its activities is provided:
SCRYPT Digital Investments AG is licensed as a portfolio manager by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (“FINMA”) and affiliated with the supervisory organization FINcontrol Suisse AG.
SCRYPT Digital Investments AG is audited and reviewed by the auditing company Grant Thornton AG both in terms of supervisory law and in terms of obligations.
SCRYPT Digital Investments AG is affiliated with the independent ombudsman Finanzombudsstelle Schweiz (“FINOS”), which is recognized by the Federal Department of Finance. Disputes concerning legal claims between the customer and the financial services provider should be settled by an ombudsman's office, if possible, within the framework of a mediation procedure.
SCRYPT Digital Investments AG provides portfolio management and investment advice services specialising in digital assets for institutional and professional investors as defined in the FinSA.
Furthermore, SCRYPT Digital Investments AG provides individual portfolio management, offering of financial instruments and investment advice for individual portfolios.

Financial service providers are required to classify their customers into a client segmentation according to the law and adhere to the respective code-of-conduct. Subject to certain conditions, the customer may change the customer classification by opting in or opting out.
