As a former lecturer at the London School of Economics and early industry builder, he brings a unique blend of academic depth and crypto-native expertise.

Sylvan has shaped SCRYPT's commercial direction since inception and leads its global growth: market expansion, strategic partnerships, and the investor and partner relationships behind its evolution from early-stage venture into institutional infrastructure.

With more than eight years in digital assets, and as the company's former MLRO, he helped guide SCRYPT through FINMA licensing, VQF supervision, and six consecutive years of external supervisory and financial audits.

VQF-certified with advanced AML accreditation, he is now extending the group across multiple regulated jurisdictions: the EU, Mauritius and Canada. Recognised in Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe (Finance, 2023), he studied business and corporate communications at HWZ Zurich and jazz at Zurich University of the Arts.

With senior leadership experience at Credit Suisse, where she served as Chief of Staff to the Global CISO and Head of Global Cybersecurity & Culture, she built frameworks that strengthened resilience, compliance, and executive alignment across regions.

Kobi leads SCRYPT's global security and IT strategy as Chief Information & Security Officer, aligning cybersecurity with business growth, innovation, and regulatory excellence. With over 12 years of leadership experience, he builds and manages high-performing security strategies, advises executive leadership on cyber risk, and implements resilient, scalable defenses across cloud and on-premise environments.

Kym leads SCRYPT's compliance and anti-financial crime function as Group Head of Compliance and Group MLRO, making sure the group's growth rests on strong, well-run controls. With almost 30 years in financial services, including 17 years in traditional banking at HSBC and HBOS, she's built and led compliance and AML teams across banking, payments, fintech, credit and crypto. Most recently, she was Chief Compliance Officer & UK MLRO at a UK-regulated EMI. Before that, she was Group Head of Compliance and UK MLRO at BCB Group.

At SCRYPT she pairs deep regulatory knowledge with a practical, commercial approach. She works closely with the business to keep controls robust and proportionate, and to make compliance a real source of trust for institutional clients.

Stefan is leading the Asset Management department at SCRYPT, responsible for the firm's institutional strategy and client offer.

Over 25 years in finance, Stefan has held senior roles at UBS, Credit Suisse, EFG Bank, LGT Bank, VP Bank Group, SEBA Bank, and Crypto Finance AG, the first FINMA-supervised crypto asset manager. His career spans trading, structured products, wealth management, and digital assets across both buy-side and sell-side environments.

He holds an MBA from the University of San Diego, Master's degrees from New York University and HEC Paris, and is a CAIA charterholder. He has completed the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School.

Before joining SCRYPT, Adrien successfully built his career in law, where he developed deep expertise in financial services regulation and corporate structuring. That legal foundation shapes how SCRYPT approaches expansion - not as a commercial function, but as a compliance-led, reliable infrastructure-first discipline.

With over a decade of experience in investment management, blockchain infrastructure, and DeFi protocol design, John has held key roles at Man Investments, LGT Capital Partners, and Enzyme Finance, where he helped pioneer the first on-chain asset management protocol. His expertise in tokenisation, protocol engineering, on-chain liquidity and risk frameworks enables SCRYPT to deliver performant, compliant and scalable DeFi access, bridging traditional finance with new digital markets.

Hansjörg drives SCRYPT's asset management relationships, fostering strategic partnerships with institutional clients and industry stakeholders.

He brings over 12 years of experience in alternative investments as hedge fund structurer at LGT Capital Partners and Man Investments and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). He is also heading MAMA (Multichain Asset Managers Association), an industry community advocating for on-chain asset management.
