About the role

This role sits on our Trading Desk, covering our evening/weekend window - a key coverage gap for our desk. You’ll work directly with senior trading and middle office staff across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, with real ownership over execution, settlement, and desk operations from day one. The schedule runs on Central European Time: three weekdays from 15:00 to 00:00 - you choose which two weekdays to take off - plus Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00.

The Bar

Small team, senior bar, AI-native by default. We hire builders who ship, not managers who maintain. One great hire beats three average ones, so we hold the bar even when the seat is empty. Ownership from week one. Velocity from day one. If you need a long runway before you contribute, this isn’t the role.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quotes and execute trades for clients OTC
• Manage and monitor the OTC Trading Desk - fund inflows/outflows
• Ensure accurate, timely settlements (crypto + fiat payments)
• Resolve settlement issues and discrepancies with internal teams
• Support liquidity management across departments
• Act as product owner on new features and automation
• Grow upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
• Ensure trading practices comply with KYC/AML
• Maintain trading activity reports and client feedback logs
• Support management with key desk admin tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or other related subjects
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role within the institutional crypto industry; preferably in a trading or middle office related function
• Strong interest and knowledge of the crypto industry and financial markets
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas
• Understanding of trading platforms, order types, and execution strategies is a plus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and work closely with senior team members in trading activities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, informed decisions
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm to work in a start-up environment
• Fluency in English; any additional languages are an advantage
