About the role

Swiss-regulated. Institutional grade. We build the infrastructure that lets banks, asset managers and fintechs trade, custody and settle digital assets with confidence. Our product is live, our clients are real, and we’re scaling. Design is how we earn trust at first click.   

This is not a brand role. Not a marketing support role. You design the interfaces that institutional clients use to trade, manage positions and move capital. You work at the intersection of complexity and clarity, making high-stakes workflows feel effortless. You report directly to the Product Manager and work hand-in-hand with engineering.  

The Bar

Small team, senior bar, AI-native by default. We hire builders who ship, not managers who maintain. One great hire beats three average ones, so we hold the bar even when the seat is empty. Ownership from week one. Velocity from day one. If you need a long runway before you contribute, this isn't the role.

Key responsibilities

• The trading interface: End-to-end design of our OTC and spot trading platform - UX flows, execution screens, and position management. Built for professionals who can’t afford a bad experience at the moment of trade
• The client-facing product suite: Trading, asset management, custody, and internal dashboards; settlement workflows, reporting views, and onboarding journeys. Every screen a client touches, you designed it
• The design system: Components, tokens, and patterns, built to scale. Engineering ships from it, and consistency is non-negotiable when your clients are institutions
• The research loop: User interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis. You bring the client voice into every product decision, even when clients are hard to access

Requirements

• Trading platform experience: You have designed or collaborated on a trading platform - OTC, spot, crypto, FX, or equities; the asset class doesn’t matter. What matters is that you know how to design for execution speed, data density, and zero-error tolerance. This is non-negotiable
• Senior-level Figma mastery: Auto-layout, variants, component libraries, and interactive prototypes. You structure files so engineers can build directly from them
• Complexity tamed: Our users are institutional clients, portfolio managers, treasury desks, and compliance officers - dense data, high stakes, low tolerance for confusion. You turn that into interfaces that feel obvious
• Product instinct: You question the brief, not just execute it. You ask why before you ask how, and you know when a design problem is really a product problem
• Engineering-close: You sit next to engineering, not downstream of it. You understand constraints, speak their language, and design with implementation in mind from the start
